WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

A small team by design.

One senior owner answers your email, scopes your project and builds your website. No account managers, no handoffs, no telephone game — just the people doing the work, one email away.

FIG. 00 — WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE

The person who answers is the person who builds.

Your project is owned end to end by the senior people who will actually build it. That's what keeps the brief accurate, the scope honest and the timeline real at your size.

We work with businesses that live on their website — where the next job comes through the phone, and where nobody has time to babysit a marketing department's worth of vendor calls.

WHY WE'RE SMALL ON PURPOSE

Four reasons that matter at your size.

The people who answer are the people who build

No account manager translating your brief, and no handoff where your "what about mobile?" quietly disappears between departments. One senior line of contact, start to finish.

One queue, so deadlines are real

A small team has one calendar, which is why our timelines are commitments rather than estimates — and why we protect them.

We answer to the work

No legacy clients competing for attention and no sales floor to satisfy. Every project gets the full attention of the people who sign the work.

The decision-maker is one email away

Nothing gets escalated, because there's nowhere above to escalate to.

THE QUESTION EVERYONE ASKS

How long until we're on the first page of Google?

We're not going to tell you 30 days — anyone who does is either guessing or about to sell you something else. Here's what a local search actually takes:

  1. 3–6 MO

Measurable movement in calls and form fills

  2. 6–12 MO

A regular top-3 result in the map pack for a normal-competition search

  3. 12–18+ MO

    A genuinely competitive one

  4. PAID ADS: 7–14 DAYS

which is exactly why they exist

We don't guarantee rankings, and you shouldn't pay anyone who does. What we can guarantee is narrower and real: the technical foundation will be correct, the listing will be properly set up, and you'll get a report every month showing what moved and what didn't — including the months when nothing did.

And the single strongest ranking signal there is isn't something we sell:asking your customers for reviews. It's free, it compounds, and it belongs to you.

FIG. 01 — THE HONEST TIMELINE

HOW SCOPE IS HANDLED

The boundary is the page list.

If it's on the list, it's included and we build it without a conversation. If it's not on the list, it's a change order, priced in writing. That's the entire rule — and the fastest way to get more work done for free is to give a complete list up front.

Half the projects that overrun do so not because the client was greedy, but because nobody wrote down what "a website" meant before the work started. So we spend the first call agreeing on the list. That call is free, and it's the cheapest insurance in this entire document.

Three sentences you'll actually hear from us

So you know what to expect rather than dreading it.

  1. "That's not in the current scope. We can add it for ₦X, and it'll push launch by Y days. Want it?"

  2. "If it's important enough to prioritise, we can take it out of something else. Which?"

  3. "That one's free — it's a bug in what we built."

The last one is unconditional. If something doesn't work as promised, we fix it and we don't invoice it. No arguing about whether it counts.

COMMERCIAL TERMS

The terms, stated up front.

You should know these before the first call, not after the first invoice. If any of them is a problem, this is the cheap moment to find out.

A fixed written quote

The pages, the deliverables and the timeline are named in a proposal before we start. A 50% deposit schedules you; the balance is due on launch day, before the site goes live. No financing and no payment plans — we'd rather you have the cash conversation with us than with a lender.

Care plans, month to month

Billed monthly in advance, with 30 days' written notice to cancel. No annual lock-in and no exit fees.

You own everything

Your domain, your logo, your copy, your photos, your Google Business Profile, your analytics — yours from day one. Not a hostage.

Two revision rounds per page

A third round is priced by the hour — and if we're asking for a third round, that's usually a sign we started with different ideas, which is a conversation rather than a charge.

Scope changes in writing

You ask by email or on a call. We reply in writing within 2 business days with the added scope, the added price and the added or delayed timeline. You approve — a reply saying "yes" is enough. Then we build it, not before. If you ask for something on a call, we'll write you an email saying exactly what we heard you ask for, and we won't start that work until you confirm it.

If a timeline slips

Timelines assume your text, your photos and your approvals arrive when asked. If the project pauses on the client side for 10 business days, the timeline pauses, the start date releases, and you re-enter the queue at the next open slot. If the work hasn't started, the deposit is returned in full, or moves to another project if you'd rather.

If you leave

Send 30 days' notice, pay the final month, and take your domain, your content and your source code with you at no charge. We'll walk you through deploying it anywhere, within 10 business days of the final invoice. No hosting hostage and no migration fee.

WORKING TOGETHER

The same six steps, on every project, at every price.

All six are written out below — because the process is the most honest thing we can show you.

  1. STEP 01

    A free 20-minute call.

We look at what you have now and tell you exactly what you need — including "less than you think."

  2. STEP 02

    A fixed written proposal.

The pages, the price and the timeline, named and in writing. No hourly billing, and no scope that's still being worked out while you wait.

  3. STEP 03

    A deposit holds your date.

Fifty percent schedules you. The balance is due on launch day, before the site goes live.

  4. STEP 04

    We build and we train.

A recorded screen-share session on your own content, plus a written guide for the parts you'll want without us.

  5. STEP 05

You go live, with 30 days of fixes.

If something doesn't work as promised, it's a bug in what we built. We fix it — we don't invoice it. That part is unconditional.

  6. STEP 06

    Care, if you want it.

Month to month, cancel any month with 30 days' notice, and take your domain, your content and your code with you.

THE PROOF

Before you hire us, inspect the product.

You're about to trust us with the website your business runs on. So before you call, do the inspection.

  1. This site is the first project in our portfolio

Pull it apart in a browser. View the source. Open it on an old phone and try to break it. It's built to be inspected, not admired — and everything we make is built the same way.

  2. The scope is itemised in writing

The page list, the deliverables and the timeline are named in the proposal before we start. "The list" is the boundary — if it's not on it, it's priced separately, in writing, before it's built.

  3. The terms read like we intend to keep them

Fixed price. Balance on launch. You own everything. Cancel any month with no fee. All written down, so you can hold us to it.

Ready when you are.

The first call is free, and you'll leave with an opinion whether or not we work together. If you need less than you came here to buy, that's what the call is for.
